I can't describe how inspiring it is to see a group of people push themselves to their personal limits at 5 IN THE MORNING‼️ You don't have to do this alone guys. There's nothing better than having a support system that inspires you to do more and pushes you to do YOUR best. We all become products of our environments so pick a good one!

These morning workout challenges are free for the community to build awareness of our habits, health and fitness. This group is intended to support and inspire those who have a desire to become more than what they are now. We still have two weeks left in this challenge, it's not too late to join!

Let me tell y'all a little about my friend Khanh

We have been working together for two months now and he has been 100% dedicated to his program.

When we first started working together Khanh told me that he wanted to run a 5k, tone up and have a 30 inch waist.

Last week Khanh

- Ran TWO 5 k's 🀯
- Lost 7 lbs
- Lost 1.5 inches in his waist

If you can't tell by the look in his face, Khanh is a happy man. This guy deserves every bit of success and I couldn't be more proud of you.

This has been a huge week for Ryan! All of his relentless effort is paying off. Not only did he reach his goal of hitting 275 lbs before his daughter is born but he also hit his 100 lb milestone! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

It is a blessing to witness such an incredible transformation and I am eager for you to continue setting uncomfortable goals as you tap into your true potential.

I am confident that Ryan would attribute a large portion of his momentum or success to getting clear on what it is that he wanted to accomplish. When Ryan first began his program I asked him to think about a few questions.

What is your ultimate goal out of this?

What will make it all worth it in 90 days?

Why are you doing it?

After we got clear on the answers we were able to reverse engineer his goals and here he stands not even a full year later with nearly an entire list of goals checked off.

I encourage you to think about the same questions and do the same thing. Of course a lot more goes into accomplishing your goals than just writing them down. It's going to take your complete focus, energy and some of your time.

But I have learned that if you can measure consistent progress then you will experience consistent gratification and / or motivation. If you can maintain that mindset through your process then you will operate at a much higher effeciency rate.

Ryan probably didn't imagine at the beginning of his journey that he would go for a 10.5 mile run for leisure.

Not because it was in his workout routine for the week (it wasn't).

Not because he cheated on his nutrition plan so decided to go for a guilt run πŸ•πŸ©

But because he has the energy, the motivation and the right mindset.

You can do it too. πŸ’― Without a doubt. Go for it. Be your own inspiration.
