Provide plenty of shade, fresh water, and avoid exercising them during the hottest parts of the day. Let's make this summer a paw-some one for our beloved pets! 🐾

· Keep your pets safe around water this summer! 🌊🐾 Not all dogs are natural swimmers, so never leave them unsupervised. Introduce them to water slowly to assess their swimming skills and consider using a flotation device.

Always provide fresh drinking water and prevent your pets from drinking pool water, as chlorine and other chemicals can make them sick. Saltwater can also be harmful.

After a swim, rinse your pets off to remove chlorine or salt from their fur. Let's ensure a fun and safe time for our furry friends! 🐶🚤💧

Today we celebrate 16 wonderful years with Sabina. She started with our family in June of 2008. She is the backbone to our hospital assistants, which is why she is also their lead. Keeping things running smoothly in the back is her specialty and we do not know what we do without her hard work and dedication to us and our patients. Thank you Sabina for all of your dedicated years of love, care, and service.

Keep your pets safe during cookouts and celebrations! Some popular foods and drinks can be harmful to them. Avoid giving them corncobs, barbecue skewers, xylitol (a sweetener), chocolate, onions, grapes, and raisins, as these can be toxic. Keep pets away from alcoholic beverages, barbecue grills, and campfires.

Today marks the 34th anniversary for Shawna. She has been with us since June of 1990. Her passion and care for our patients and their parents goes above and beyond. In her 34 years Shawna has worked every area of the clinic and currently is one of our nurses and handles all of our controlled meds and DEA paperwork. We would be lost without her. Thank you Shawna for your many years of service.
