We do different workouts every day, at a high intensity to burn the most fat and gain the most strength. You will use your body to run, jump, do pushups, situps, pullups, kettlebell movements, weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, sled pushes, rope climbs, and tire flips. Education is extremely important, and we discuss healthy eating along with how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is open to all fitness abilities!

What does that mean? Fueling your body simply means giving it what it needs in order to keep your brain active, keep your muscles working, and longer sustaining energy. How do we do this? By eating the nutrients our body deserves.

A lot of us may struggle getting enough water in on a regular day.. is a great way to stay hydrated and the different flavors we offer at the front desk are delicious! These little power packed packets have vital things like: Sodium, potassium, magnesium. A healthier heavier carb load the night before is key to giving your body energy for the next day
Examples: Vegetables, Brown rice, beans, potatoβs!! DONT FORGET PROTEIN, this is our friend!!(this will vary from person to person, try and reach your body weight in grams!)
βοΈMorning of: eggs π³ matched with a healthy fat like avocado matched with a healthy carb. Followed with protein balance in your meals easy that are sold at the front desk for quick on the go protein shakes!

Big CrossFit Kids announcement!
With such success with our kids program we wanted to give everyone an oppurtunity to try it out!
We will be offering a βFamily WODβ starting in February:
- It will be the last Saturday of the month (first one is February 24th)
- It is completely FREE to anyone that would like to join (we only ask that you sign a waiver beforehand)
- The class will go for roughly 45-60 minutes and is open to all ages!
- The class will include a warmup, fun and simple workout and a stretch at the end
- Remember to bring some water and proper workout attire!
This a great chance to come in and workout with your kid and show them how important health and wellness is!πͺπΌπͺπΌ

Meet Tim has been a member of this community for years! He loved it so much he received his L1 CrossFit certification. Although, Tim is a part time coach, he makes a full time impact here at the gym. Whether he is coaching classes or taking personal training clients. You may also see him helping out with handy work around the gym! Not only is Tim a husband, and a father. He spends time coaching boys lacrosse as well. While working full time as aVirtual Chief InformationOfficer Heβs a busy man, that makes time to show up for himself and his family! CrossFit kids class is an awesome part of our week here at the coaches have so much fun teaching fundamental movements that help your kids with everyday life activities, whether they are learning how to run more efficiently or to build strength for their sports!
