They will sell for $15 and are available in red, white, yellow, bronze, and lavender. Orders need to be received by September 6th and will be available for pickup or delivery on September 21 st at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (711 Saginaw St.) in Flint. New Century Chorale will be presenting a “30 Year Anniversary Celebration.” The concert will be Sunday May 5 at 4 PM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Flint located at 711 S. Saginaw. The music will include many favorite songs from past concerts and a newly commissioned composition by Dr. Andrea Ramsey entitled A Word for Our Times. This composition celebrates the 30th anniversary of the chorale. Using single words it describes the world today and a look ahead to a hopeful future. Dr. Ramsey enjoys an international presence as a composer, conductor, scholar and music educator. Join Artistic Director Steven Holovach and plan to enjoy some great music. Tickets are $12 at the door. The concert will also be live streamed and you may purchase tickets at https://newcenturychorale.square.site/ and a link will be e-mailed to you.

New Century Chorale is celebrating its 30th season of enriching lives, one song at a time. Greetings Past and Present New Century Chorale Members!
I hope this letter finds you well. The board members and I are excited to announce our plans to celebrate New Century's 30th Season Celebration at this year's Spring Concert on May 5th. We hope that you will be able to join us! There are 3 ways in which you can participate in this exciting event. We want ALL past members to be able to contribute! We would love for you to consider:
Singing in the Reunion Choir: I have selected 4 reunion pieces. These pieces are familiar songs from the NCC repertoire library: "Song for the Mira", "God is Our Refuge", "Offertory", and “The Lord Bless You and Keep You”. Your presence is requested at the following rehearsals to prepare these selections: April 22 and/or 29 from 7:00pm-8:00pm and May 3 (Dress Rehearsal) from 6:30-7:30 pm. All rehearsals and the performance are at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Flint. Please plan on attending at least 1 of the evening rehearsals AND the dress rehearsal if you would like to participate in the Reunion Choir, as well as being available the day of the concert at 3:00pm for a final run-through and rehearsal. If you cannot attend these rehearsals but still wish to sing all four songs with the Reunion Choir, please let me know.
Singing the Closing Song: Perhaps you would prefer to only sing one piece with the Reunion Choir. We will be inviting any remaining alumni audience members to the risers to join us in singing our last song, "The Lord Bless You and Keep You" by Peter Lutkin. We will have music available for your convenience. You are welcome to join us at St. Paul’s the day of the concert at 3:00pm for a final run-through and rehearsal of this closing piece before the start of the concert.
Inviting Your Family and Friends: We hope that all members, past and present, will be able to join us for this monumental event. We would also like for you to invite family and friends in support of the New Century Chorale. Tickets will be available from any current NCC member, via our online store at newcenturychorale.org, and at the door the day of the concert. This is sure to be a sell-out performance!
It is my pleasure to direct the New Century Chorale and continue the tradition of excellence set by directors before me. I am also happy to welcome back Sarah and Gene who will direct the chorale and the alumni choir at our celebration. On Sunday October 8 the New Century Chorale gave a benefit concert for Hand of Hope in Flint, Michigan. Their mission is to provide disadvantaged youth with Hope and a Hand to set and achieve goals, while improving academic proficiency that will offer them an adequate opportunity and a future. The concert raised $775 and the chorale members also donated a Chrome Book with headphones to facilitate the learning taking place. Tiara Blassingame, Founder and Executive Director accepted the donations from Lynn Wandrey, President of the Chorale.
