Miracles For Vets Charity
M4V- Veteran’s get vehicles, repairs, rides, offroad trail riding therapy & much more!
Vehicle donation center to help us fund our operation of getting low income veterans vehicles, vehicle repairs and and affordable transportation to get to and from VA appointments and see family.
Double whammy today on the way to pick up the second Donated vehicle of the day we are kicking butt and taking names!
Andrew is a Veteran out here in Langdon, ND. He offers us two vehicles to donate and he doesn’t even have one for himself! We are going to see what we can do to get him and his lady back on the road again after his car accident. Salutes to Andrew for his giving heart and we pray we can get him a vehicle soon. We currently don’t have anything ready to go just yet, but we are working on it.
The main issue I see with Veterans getting help is that many of us are suffering too much to advocate for ourselves! To reach out is one thing, but to find the right resources at the right time let alone having to find out from other vets years later of benefits you could have missed out on!
Long story short a big thank you to those who help vets advocate and find the help and resources they need!

My name is Myron, and I went through some problems with untreated mental health by the time I got it diagnosed and treated and began to be back in control of my life. I had very little money and had gotten into some trouble. I’m now retired and live off a small Social Security payment. After not having a car for 18 months while living in Grand Forks I learned of Miracles for Vets by my friend Ross Weiler.
I applied for a car with Larry Mendivil Jr. .in August. I heard from Larry shortly after and he thought he may have a car we could fix up and he repaired a 2007 Honda Accord by replacing: the battery, starter, alternator, some intake gaskets, and ignition problems, fuses, new windshield and general cleaning of the car. The Honda now runs and drives very well while I gave Larry what little money I could towards parts he devoted all his labor plus more! I am very grateful that miracles could help me with transportation. In some ways It made me feel like a kid with his 1st car! My plan is to use the car to go to different places where I volunteer, also will allow me to go out town to visit my children, grandchildren and other family. I plan to stay in touch with M4V (Miracles for Vets) and help out whenever I can.

We gave out too many vehicles without decals, but they are on order now! The wrench and the rifle logo was originally thought of by an Army friend of mine in the twin cities area. The wrench crossing the rifle has many different meanings;
- We wrench on anything we can for those who served
- we turn a wrench for those who held the rifle!
- We try to offer the tools and resources for vets so they can better their lives (vehicles, rides. Resumes, donated items) so they can use for when they might be starting over from homelessness or family seperation.
YOU SERVED YOU DESERVE!
This nice 2007 Honda Accord has been delivered any the veteran Mr. Myron is very happy! It’s all fixed up and it’s time for the final touches. So we are bringing the vehicle to Auto Glass & Aftermarket of Grand Forks, ND for his new windshield! Get all your glass and aftermarket accessories at Auto Glass & Aftermarket for the best quality work and top notch customer service that will have you back on the road very quickly!
Today I’ll be doing a few more things on the Honda Accord I’ve been working on and hope to test drive it as well! It’s just exciting to be able to help the next veteran with a strangers donated car & a little bit of donated elbow grease to get these vets rolling again!
Donated vehicles, rides places, resumes, miscellaneous donations directly from donors, trail riding , shop use, and more! We’ve hit 12 years of helping vets folks!
Today’s car donation!
We just don’t post everything we do. So we do like to keep a lot of the things that are amazing experiences to ourselves. When you help a veteran you feel like keeping some of these experiences private. Many vets prefer not to advertise they help they get.
Either way I’m posting more of what we are up to. I have the best life in the world helping vets on the daily!
These two guys are helping get this nice 2007 Honda Accord ready for a veteran thats been waiting for months to get a vehicle to change his life. He should get it by Friday if we get some parts donated. It needs a starter and oil change, air filter, one tire and other miscellaneous things we can fix. Let’s team up and get this car done sfall we?!?
As we continue to work on the Ford F150, we have high hopes of getting this thing cleaned up and ready to drive for the next Veteran that Needs A Vehicle. We already have a get for this one if we get it running good!
Getting ready to go get this Honda Accord today. We are hoping it’s not a major repair to get it going. Even if it needs major work, we appreciate the donation! We will take any vehicles and at least part them out and do what we can with them.
Currently working on this pickup to get it running and driving to give to a military veteran free that’s in need. This is in Geand Forks county. Yes I still need a few parts.
Battery
Spark Plug wires
Oil change kit
Cleaning supplies
My card is below if you can donate a part to help me finish it possibly. We currently have zero funds and I’d love to get this truck ready for a vet!
P.S. - this is #44 going out to a veteran for free so I’m making a difference no doubt! Now the question is who can help out?
We were donated this older pickup today. It will need tons of cleaning and a few parts, but it will be great for a veteran that likes it! Can you guess what year and what engine it has? I have to call a vet that’s been waiting for 6 months for a pickup and see if he can get a few parts for it and I’ll do the free labor as usual.
Anyone like the Buick Reatta? We are getting one next week and plan to fix it up and find the perfect veteran for it to go to!
I’m getting two pickups in soon so I’ll keep y’all posted. I’d like to give them both to vets that are actually in need for free for these two, BUT I will need a few bucks for parts and the fuel to go get them. = So if you give a s**t enough to find a veteran that can use a pick up to change their life then maybe you will share this? We don’t pretend to be people that we are not, and try to fit in with the crowd, we’re just cool people who help out Veterans!
You can thank Terry a veteran who spread the word he knows we actually help vets and gets us a few pickups donated with a phone call. AMEN!
Well someone stole the tail lights out of our 2002 Ford F-250 work truck sometime within the last two days. That’s very nice of them. We’ve never had much theft over here, but reward for whoever has information on who stole parts off our truck!
Miracles for Vets
Mr. Mendivil,
I lost my husband in a motorcycle accident in 2010. In 2011 a group of friends organized a memorial bike run. We have continued this annual event to raise money for scholarships & donate to causes we find important.
I remember the first article about you I seen in the Herald. Then I've seen many of your posts on Facebook. I know you sometimes struggle financially to keep your dream of helping fellow vets going. I hope this contribution will help.
My husband was not a vet, but we have great respect for all you who served in military. Thank you for your service and for doing what you can for fellow vets in need.
Best of luck as you continue your mission!
Taryn Landowski & family.
Someday we want to help veterans by flying them wherever they need to go to see Family in a moments notice!
We are close to resolving the mechanical issues with our bus, and with some financial assistance, we can resume providing transportation for veterans to various destinations and Motorsports events etc.
My son stumbled upon a veteran walking around town. This vet was actually homeless since he was booted from the mission and we were able to get him a room for 2 nights at a hotel in Grabd Forks.
This Veteran got to brush up on his shooting skills and get a car donated to him! We also bought stuff for his new apartment!
