"Nelson Ford has to be one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. I am a retired ASE master Auto Tech/ heavy truck Tech I do all my own repairs. On my way from Florida to Peace Garden North Dakota my F-250 develop a check engine light I knew what the codes were but I had no means of making the repairs on the road. Jake Daniels the assistant service manager listened to me and was able to set me up for an appointment first thing the next morning to diagnose. Mark the service tech was very thorough they took me back to the truck showed me the issue and their recommended repair. They did not try to upsell a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I felt as though Mark knew what he was talking about and was confident that he would do an outstanding job! Which he did! Thank you so much for the outstanding work you did and getting me back on the road without missing a lot of time they had the truck complete and ready by 2:00 p.m. thank you again! As a master double Tech I would recommend Jake and Mark and Nelson Ford!"

"I worked with Gabe Nunez! He reached out to me in timely manner based off my online inquiry, he respected my schedule, he had exactly what I asked for pulled up and ready to test drive on MY time. He was waiting for me in the parking lot as I stepped out my vehicle. We went on a No hassle test drive and no obligation, he was personable and informed.
We kept in constant contact via text and email during the time between test drive and decision making. He even came in on his day off to respect my time. Ben came into the transaction and assisted with my trade value, he was honest as I shopped for the best purchase option for myself and honored my choices.
