My families sourdough for thanksgiving dinner 🦃 my partner woke up from a nap and panicked that I took the turkey out of the smoker too soon 😂 my brother said wait … that’s not a turkey tho? Great success🤭

Post sales - I realized my “gravy” would be so much better as cookie butter, every single year I learn more and more to perfect this craft!  I also feel like after 50 sourdough pumpkins, I understand when a loaf will be  over proofed, under proofed, or just right.
