Last class of the season at D-D Gym in St Paul and it was a good one! We had a little Pound, little cardio and a whole lot of weights! You all did an awesome job!! Then ending with a Bed Head beverage and Monster Cookie, the best!! See everyone again in August, enjoy your exercise in the pool!!
Wow! We killed it today! Full body workout moving constantly for a full hour!! Woot!!
