Central Nebraska Humane Society, established in 1966, is an open admission shelter located in GI Nebraska.
Our mission is to help the lost and abandoned animals in our area. Established in 1967 and celebrating over 50 years of service, the Central Nebraska Humane Society is still located at the original site donated by Herbert and Barbara Glover. A sweet family came in today looking specifically for a smaller dog, as they have experience with a lot of small breeds and needed something to fill their hearts.
After meeting Shenzi, the connection was instant. They were the most wonderful match!

Animal control was dispatched this Afternoon to a deceased cat found off of North Rd. This cat is a Domestic, medium hair, adult. Mostly black, dark brown. No collar or chip. If you think this cat belongs to you please call us at 308-385-5305 or send us a message through Facebook.
