I feel so validated by this. As someone who suffers from severe cptsd, I struggle with my sleep nightly. People have repeatedly tried to help me improve my sleep by offering suggestions on what I should and shouldn't do. One big suggestion is always to stay off your phone. I can never do that. It is to hard to be left alone in the dark with my thoughts. It's nice to know I am not the only one.
