I’m super sad to report I’m losing my amazing super organized office manager Alyssa Petersen - she has streamlined our front office procedures and helped us get our business in order - she will be sorely missed

On that note I’m in immediate need of an office manager who can do the following:

- compassionate professional interactions with clients, referral sources and therapists

- handle incoming calls efficiently (we ask to check messages and return calls/texts/emails 3 times a week)

- gather necessary information from clients and log in our EMR, send portal information to new clients, make sure paperwork is electronically signed and forward insurance information to our biller to check for insurance status then schedule first appointments with therapists who have space on their caseloads

- keep organized HIPPA compliant records of incoming and outgoing calls, texts and emails

- keep in regular contact with owners of business to ensure good communication
