We asked by the lady that owns the 5 restaurants to remove this old 1800 service elevator motor and panel and lift pulley. My first thought was 🤔. But you know what we’re there is a WILL there is a way. If anyone on here would be interested in any of this equipment for repurposed reasons please message and we can talk. I’m going to be keeping some of the old switch gear I think it’s really cool and will most likely scrap the rest.

This is some of the commercial clients Fielder church. These are older R22 systems a couple 25T’s and some 10T’s and 6T units. We will be changing these out soon. Have a 10HP blower motor out on a 25T and have NO choice but to replace motor because units are several weeks out. The other units are another client A burger joint in Fort Worth. Had to replace a disconnect and section of wire and do a annual cleaning on their Rooftop unit. Call Ramsey Mechanical to come out and do a inspection on all your rooftop units.

This is one of the houses I was called to recently for a NO cooling call. We get there and the home owner had cleaned the coil already which is good, I always ask them if they do that. We found a bad capacitor and everything was still dirty. Was able to get it back up and running that night and came back the next day replaced thermostat and capacitor and cleaned everything again. Let us come out and do an inspection on your entire system. If your unit is dirty your air is dirty and your breathing all of it in, causing inscrease in allergies and sickness
