Pork shoulder tacos!!!
Started this on the smoker this morning about 5:30 AM. Along the way it did not look like it was going to come out the way it did. All I can say is “I’m not mad at it”
As my Meat Church BBQ mentor always says. I’m still accepting applications for sous chef.

My first time making homemade soup. Hungarian mushroom soup, with some spinach added. Perfect in this rainy weather we’re having today. Came pot pretty darn good.
