JDO University is an amazing leadership program for our incoming providers. This week-long onboarding takes place in Dallas where our team members get to meet fellow Jefferson doctors and hygienists that will be practicing all throughout Texas and Oklahoma! After graduating from JDO University, our providers are excited and prepared to lead their teams. At Jefferson, we pride ourselves on having the best mentor program in our industry.
