Teria Mitchum McCreary is a 2024 graduate of our Medical Assisting program. She was hired from her externship experience as a Medical Assistant at The Center for Dermatology.

While at Fortis Teria was on the Dean's List and had Perfect Attendance. She says that having a study buddy really made a difference in helping her stay on track and becoming successful.

She shared these words of encouragement for current (or future) Fortis students: Don't let anyone tell you that you are too old or that you waited too long to go to college... JUST DO IT!
