So far it doesn’t require much from me except staying still and holding my breath when and how long they tell me! The machine has been down so I’ve missed the last 3 treatments hopefully today it’s up and running so treatment is not delayed anymore!
NOW the best part …let me tell you how amazing it is to feel good!! This past week has been a GOOD week… the difference from having a few good days to a good week 😭❤️ I just can not express how hard this hits me emotionally. My heart is soaring! (Even if I lost a fingernail! So crazy that was by far the weirdest thing yet! It’s something how long the side effects from chemo can still play a part in your body!! )

Sitting still has never been a strong skill of mine so Its been a very long journey of learning to be ok to rest and heal and isolate to stay healthy! I’ve missed what feels like so much in the last 10+ months! It’s been great to start to slowly get to reconnect with friends and family!

This past week did not disappoint! Great time with friends and family!! ❤️ my heart needed this sooo much!

It definitely helps that I’ve been on steroids for the last 4 weeks! It’s given me my boost of energy that I haven’t had.
I’ve had to take them to help counter act my bad reaction to the immune therapy that I’d been on since the beginning! (Which now we believe some of my “weird” symptoms may have been from that and not all just chemo) also side note, I’m done with those treatments now too, it was supposed to be until August. So it would have been a full year, but since I’d had that reaction they said it wasn’t worth the risk to possibly have it happen again or worse!

I have two weeks to go to slowly taper off the steroids and hopefully my body will kick in and know what to do! In the mean time I’m taking the, I’m feeling pretty good even if I’m struggling to sleep, my hunger level is at an all time high again and I have the shakes pretty much all day but being able to actually feel alive it’s worth it!!

FOUK Fear Of The Unknown

My anxiety and fear got the best of me! It got me crying good last night…

I didn’t get a great nights sleep for today. I was awake thinking of all the things… and I mean all of them… what gifts for Christmas, what I can make the kids for breakfast, what I’m going to wear, what time is my appointment, will I have another reaction …. Non stop thoughts all while singing frozen 2 songs in my head😂
You know what that’s like, right, I’m not alone there! 😂

Sooo Today I started the “Red Devil” treatments.
So far this chemo looks scarier going in! 🫣 I definitely had some anxiety about this day… that FOUK is strong!
BUT…
I’m done with all my new set of infusions and they went better than anticipated!

If I could only believe my self when I say “but what if it’s ok”, “what if it goes smooth” and “I got this”!

Tomorrow I head back for a shot to help with my white blood cells… these infusions affect my WBC more. So we will be keeping an eye on that these rounds. I’m not sure how I’m going to feel moving forward but we take it one day at a time!
I’m just so happy it went so smoothly ❤️ I have the best nurse and care takers!

I’ve not been on here much since my Battle began with breast cancer. I try to create as much as I can and that my body will allow! Saddle hasn’t been much. I sure do miss shopping and creating new things for you all! Hoping to bring a few more things along the way when I can on this crazy journey! In the mean time enjoy your thanksgiving and keep creating ❤️🦃🦃❤️. So thankful for you all!!

Made some deliveries this week so blessed! I have a few more deliveries to make yet too! I’m almost sold out with my fall 💐 bouquets but plan to make another batch.. Message me if you would like any for gifts or yourself $10 or 5 stem fall bouquet’s 💐
I’m have some technical difficulties getting these in my shop I honestly have no idea what I’m doing and thought it would be easier. My creative mind is not logical enough 😂! I need to hire someone but need to sell more before I can! 🤦🏼‍♀️Love business problems lol.

As we head back home from vacation… I’m reminded of the long road ahead. I’m feeling all the feels…super scared and unsure of anything except that…
I’m not taking this breast cancer thing laying down!

Also go get that mammogram don’t wait!!! I’ll be screaming this loudly often

Ooooooh ahhhhhh, this one is fun! Went outside my box using some floral I usually don’t! I just love how it turned out being a bit more of the wild flower feel! And yes still haven’t painted the door 😉

Found the random square metal frame and thought this needed flowers… I have no idea what they used this frame for but I’m loving the new life it has today!! This will be available next week! Message me if you’re interested.

This one turned out to be prettier than I expected 💕🌿. It just needed a good cleaning. I lightened it down a bit and added a very light rose gold over top! 💗I even got my old trusty dremmel tool out (it’s been with me since high school) to help in sanding this one down!..
The frame came from one of my favorite second hand stores.
The botanical pictures I found at Allegan Antique Market a while back. I was super excited to finally use some of them!.

Even the trailer needs flowers! It’s hard to find the right natural faux flowers. I just love the simplicity of the wild flowers that I find around the trailer by the lake! Yes that’s a cup the flowers are in… yes that’s a planter missing the pot …yes that’s a Christmas ornament 🍃🌸🌿 but I think it’s pretty!.
