The most beautiful happened last night in Muskegon.

was beyond amazing. You all showed up for this Super Blood Full Moon Partial Lunar Eclipse watercolor evening.

We also did a community . Allowing each Goddess to release what they no longer need and write what they want to manifest. We used water as our medium to wash away the old and we asked to flow like water to bring in what we want to manifest. They all received an affirmation and I had fact sheets on this and a copy of the meditation and ritual we did.

Last night was the biggest circle I've hosted. 31 showed up. So much amazement and awe at these humans. They accepted me in with open arms. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!

At the core of all Goddess Circles I host is caring . We commune together in love and understanding that we all show up as we are and will be excepted as that. No more, no less.

Each month I am honored to travel to Muskegon for ritual and crafts with these lovely humans. Next event on the Lake Shore is October 16th, 7pm at Chaotic Good Therapy in Muskegon MI.

Grand Rapids is happening next week on September 25th 7pm. We will be honoring International Dream Day with a manifesting spell jar bar, dream bundles for under your pillow and dream cloud art!

All humans that identify as a female or non-binary are welcome. Not all goddesses are born with or have a uterus. This does not make you less or not wanted in circle. Spaces I host in will always be .

To super blood full moon by the time I got home. 🌕

An hour or so later I felt her calling. So I went outside to see the shadow begin and end.

So much pull to weep, to sing, to dance, to pause, to stare in awe and wonder.

I am a moon child. A star seed. Dust of a million comets traveling through galaxies and lightyears to be in this human form. ✨️

I flow with this life to know my soul will find it's home one day. 🌀

Tuesday evening's are a wonderful time to join a small group for gentle yoga and sound bath. Flow though some stretches and moves. Then lay back and restore your body with the acoustics of crystal sound bowls, ocean drum and chimes.

Low lighting, lite by the glow of salt lamps and candles. Soothing music during flow followed by a relaxing sound bath to ease you into the remaining time in class and follow you into the evening.

Gentle Yoga: slow, trauma-informed wording and accessibility for all bodies. Breaking down poses to help you access them. No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, blocks, bolster, water or whatever you need for a gentle, slow flow yoga. 6-6:45pm

Sound Bath: You will want mat or blanket to lay on, & to cover up with as your body self regulates, your temperature will lower in this state of rest as the music and frequency flows through your body. A true state of relaxation for mind, body, soul. 6:45-7pm

If you do not have a yoga mat, we will have extra available.

Had the honor of taking and class. I am beyond grateful and blessed!! I had been wanting to re-do my reiki master training and attunement so perfect timing. What better teacher and class mates. All beautiful friends in work and life. 💖🥰

Things happen and we may never know why but if we take the time to sit back and view the beauty amongst the chaos. It doesn't seem as big.

Spent a weekend in deep thoughts. Last year at this time I was confused. Happy and Sad. I got my loan approved for my studio, signed a lease, and then my partner of a decade asked for a separation.

So much has been and now gone. In the blink of an eye. No studio and rebuilding my business and brand. Rebuilding me. Who am I? What is it I want?

Weekends like this help to step away and just be one with nature. 🍃

Goddess circles are an event for ALL women. (assigned female at birth), and humans. We that not all women are born with a cervix & uterus but carry feminine energy.

Goddess Circles are a gathering of women for women. They offer a safe and supportive space for women/non-bin to connect, share and empower. They give a platform to share stories in support of one another. To come as you are, speak what you know, and express what you feel.

We work through , and crafts to bridge and connect community. and relationships.
