Everywhere we go, people love our pizza and are intrigued, if not amazed, by our mobile, French cast iron pizza oven on a trailer. With oven temperatures around 850 degrees, your pizza goes from peel to plate in about 90 seconds.

While we cannot guarantee an allergen free kitchen, we can provide options for different diets and food intolerances. Just ask!

Just finished our first event of the season. A very successful fundraiser for We we’re honored to be included this event, thanks Melissa! Congrats on reaching your fundraising goal! What a perfect night, great crowd, and this catering team knocked it out of the park.

Here is one of our more unique pizzas. We like to redefine what pizza means at Cyril Catering. Starting with our crispy thin crust, we then spread roasted herb sweet potato purée. What?! That’s right, sweet potato purée. Then we top it with chèvre, caramelized onions, toasted walnuts and kale. Sprinkle of our pizza cheese blend and voila! You have to try it, it’s SO GOOD.

Barbecue chicken! Our most popular non marinara pie. We blend our fav BBQ sauce with a bit of bulgogi, a Korean BBQ that adds just a touch of sweet heat. Topped with grilled chicken, red onions and crunchy French fried onions — it is simple but soooo good. Book your summer event soon, June is just about full.

Mama said eat your veggies! This is the best way I can think of to eat them, how about you? We start with our thin crust, signature red sauce and pizza cheese blend. And then we add fresh tomato, mushroom, sweet peppers, spinach, black olives and red onion. Taste the rainbow!

Cyril has been working with his Grandpa making pizzas since he was 9 years old! And in all that time I can confidently say the Meat Lovers pizza has been the customer fav. Starting with our signature red sauce and pizza cheese blend, we add pepperoni, smokey bacon, Italian sausage and ham. The pepperoni and sausage have just the right amount of heat. Our pepperoni pizza uses the same cupping pepperoni, it’s the best!
