We do have AC I am not sure around 3pm when we close how well it will be doing but we are going to give it a shot today!

Talk about heat just remember my team in the kitchen myself included knows it will be hot. We are going to do our very best to get you everything on time but if we need a break, we are going to take one! The walk-in freezer should do the trick.

Please be kind to all of our staff at each location today as we battle the heat both inside and outside. When the heat comes out people seem to get angry so make sure to leave that angry face at home today and have some fun!

UPDATE TO BURGER WEDNESDAY-We will continue our limited Burger offerings for Burger Wednesday moving forward. This has given us the stability that we need for our team & guests. We understand that we close at 3pm now but we are working to expand this evening into the O'Briens SchoolHouse location for the evening time. There is a lot of planning that need to happen to make this successful! Keep following along for updates.

Please help us out and limit your changes to your burgers. We have had multiple orders where customers are trying to customize their burger for Burger day. Our burgers featured are the Burgers offered.

Larger orders for Burgers are not available for pick up or delivery from 11:30-1:30pm. Burger size limit is 6 or less from 11:30-1:30 (if you order online it won’t limit you but we will give you a call to let you know your order will be done after 1:30 if the size is larger than 6 Burgers). We have to do this to help control wait times and dine in times. We are sorry for all the changes but it is a must to keep Burger day going.

You will notice some very drastic changes in our Burger Day special. Please don't get all upset until after you read why we needed to make a change.

1. Ground beef, bacon, cheese & bread prices have all gone up over 35% in the past couple of months.
2. The number of customizations to every burger order has made it almost impossible to make every order 100% correct for our customers.
3. We can't provide you the quality of service, food & time when you order on Burger Wednesday. For those new customers who don't even know we have a burger day it upsets them to have to wait a much longer period of time.
4. This is the final outcome. I decided to keep Burger Wednesday for now with these huge changes. To just simply get rid of something that I started back 20 years ago is not what I wanted to do. So please enjoy the offerings that we have for you this week & next week we will either keep them or change 1 or 2 of them out to keep it fresh.

Our doors open at 10am today and close at 3pm.

Burger Wednesday is not offered at O'Briens Schoolhouse. The Schoolhouse is open until 8pm this evening or later as there is Music on the Lawn in Ada.

Just a simple heads up for Burger Wednesday Tomorrow. We will only offer 3 Burgers at a special price of $12. The Olive, Mushroom Onion Swiss & Our Classic Burger.

These changes will probably upset a lot of you and we are very sorry. These changes are being made to allow our kitchen to serve quality over quantity. We have done a deep dive into Burger Day and we simply can’t provide the quality of product in the time you expect it.

We will rotate our offerings every few weeks.

We are only open until 3pm at our East Paris Location. Our Ada location does not offer Burger Wednesday.

Please be kind to our staff when ordering as your Burger may possibly not be on special.
