While being part of a world call drumline brought her to West Michigan, she’s now ready to make a BANG as our newest Account Manager. It’s too bad we missed playing Mr. Blue Sky by ELO, as apparently that would be her vibe song when entering a room.

Its’s also too bad is that we did not know Stephanie as a kid and young adult. We can only imagine the thin eyebrows she lovingly wore while modeling prom dresses in the mall. And then going back home to play with Pogs while watching Waterworld all while dreaming of being a veterinarian or physics teacher.

Her love of math, degree in Interior Design and wanting to be hands on, is going to make her a force to be reckoned with in her current role. Happy to have Stephanie join the TRELLIS team!

Sending out a huge CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Will Payne on being selected to the MillerKnoll Dealer Principal Advisory Council (DPAC). The DPAC embodies commitment to collaborate, modernize and lead the industry. There were rigorous criteria to meet for eligibility, including exemplifying excellence in performance and engagement. His contributions, along with the other principle delegates will represent the diverse voice of the MillerKnoll distribution network. Way to go Will!

It may be cliché, but we think this space is picture perfect. Actually, it is more perfect than a picture. Continuum Ventures office combines corporate functions with residential amenities. Every piece has been carefully selected and curated. The beauty of the furniture is complimented by the beauty of the outdoor views. We couldn’t have pulled this off without the talent of Christine Hughes Interior Design and Rockford Construction. And not least, thank you to Continuum.

Designed by Neil Logan, the Lispenard Sofa Group from Herman Miller is cushioned but not overstuffed, with a back that's angled at just the right pitch for comfort. On snowy days, like today, wouldn’t it be great to curl up and wrap yourself in a Girard throw blanket.

The work café at Twisthink is puts into practice what we have been learning and seeing the past several years – FLEXIBILITY. Flexibility according to the Webster Dictionary is “characterized by a ready capability to adapt to new, different or changing requirements”. While furniture that is easy to be instantly changed, is part of that, it’s also creating spaces that can be used for multiple purposes. We are thankful to the design vision of Progressive A/E and thankful to have been part of this amazing space.

When Integrated Architecture designed their new space in an old printshop building, they created an open floor plate with supporting spaces for collaborating and meeting, all while keeping a simple and classic palette that worked with their new brand. The furniture solutions we provided were designed with every little detail thought about, whether it was the carefully orchestrated wire management, the custom shelves to store samples and drawings or the care in the selection of neutral finishes that serve as a backdrop to the existing textures in the space. No detail was left unturned, just as it should be.

Why she may not have been her family’s favorite child, as Picaboo, the family labradoodle was, she is our favorite healthcare designer. Rumor has it that Picaboo got to ride shotgun in the car while Maggie was in the backseat with her side ponytail, grippy headband and gauchos. While Picaboo may no longer be with us, Maggie has her stuffed black lab, Ginger, that travels with her and we bet this time, Maggie is not in the backseat. In fact, at one time, Maggie was in the driver’s seat, as a beverage cart attendant in Northern Michigan. Can we say cheers?

Have you thanked a nurse lately? It’s Nurses Week and we cannot think of anyone more deserving than these nurses who put themselves on the frontline day after day. From the beginning, Herman Miller has engaged nurses to help inform their space and products. While healthcare has certainly changed, some of the products developed over 40 years ago, still are in production. Thank you to all of our healthcare clients and friends who have taught us so much.
