I mean come on y'all, we learned this basic hygiene when we were like 14yo ๐ง๐ญ It's 2024, not the Stone Age! ๐ฟ๐ Some of y'all showing up to the gym, smelling like BO, BEFORE THE WORKOUT ๐ช๐พ?
Look, I get it. We all work up a sweat, might have a hard labor intensive job ๐
or missed a shower. If that's the case at least birdbath that ish and throw on some extra strength deodorant ๐ฏ
There's a thick line between the scent of hard work and the STENCH of neglecting to shower. Let's keep it fresh, folks! ๐ฟโจ

Rather than focusing on adhering to a strictly healthy diet change the frame and focus on becoming a healthy eater.
If the goal is weight loss it should come through a slow change of small lifestyle habits that will keep you lean and healthy overall.
It doesnโt mean you have to eat healthy 100% of the time but try to make healthier choices whenever you can
If you fall off, DONโT BEAT YOURSELF UP!

I recently cut out caffeine and have been using the old ways.
It sucked at 1st but Iโm beginning to get my natural energy back. I have more stable energy level throughout the day. No energy crash and less need for naps.
After a month you start waking up feeling super charged and not groggy,
less need for pre-workout/stim or coffee at the gym, more natural stamina.
Less anxiety, your digestion and your sleep schedule starts to improve if you allow it too. I also get headaches far less than before.
Not needingย it anymore is awesome!
I force myself to wake up with water, tea, sunlight and exercise.
Most of it ties into the Mind ๐ง
