We are seeking an individual with a focus on high-quality output to fulfill our need for Part-time Dietary Aide.

This person is responsible for setting up and cleaning the dining room, washing dishes, providing an excellent dining experience for our residents.

We are seeking for these essential characteristics in our next Dietary Aide:

-Ability to effectively work both on a team & independently in a fast-paced environment.

-Takes pride in their personal appearance & sensory impact on those around them.

-Awareness of surroundings that creates a safe work and living environment.

-Ability to attend all meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

-Ability & desire to work all assigned shifts for greatest positive impact on team and residents.

-Ability to perform or train to perform all tasks listed in the training record

-Must be able to fluently speak, read and write in at least English.

We are searching for key individuals to join our team as Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) and non-certified Nurse Aides to provide high quality care by engaging our Residents’ whole person.

Successful Team Members:

See the person behind the disease and mentor others to do the same
Engage Residents with indoor and outdoor activities
Engage Residents, visitors, and coworkers in uplifting conversations
Anticipate Resident and coworker needs, and seek to exceed expectations
Have an eye for the identifying challenges and seek to solve them with little or no supervision
Serve our Residents with patience and dignity

We prefer candidates to have:

Experience working with the elderly or those with high care needs
Proven track record of reliability
