Wolverine Building Group gets dunked for a great cause!

This year's WBG golf outing came with a dunk-to-donate twist as our team stepped in to raise money for AYA Youth Collective and their mission to support local youth.

A remarkable ex*****on by our master builders at Treetops Collective’s new storefront and coffee shop. Treetops connects with and invests in New American (refugee) women leaders, transforming our communities into places of belonging. We love partnering with clients that are as passionate about as we are!

Wolverine's team members recently participated in this year’s Contractor Capabilities Exchange Event. Construction Allies in Action hosts this event to empower underrepresented contractors (minority and women-owned organizations included) to create connections with local construction managers and project developers.

Congratulations to Chad Hall on his recent promotion to Project Manager! He has recently stepped up to take on a lead role in managing multiple healthcare projects as well as the historic Ingham county Courthouse renovation.

Our WBG interns had an enlightening lunch and learn session with one of our industry partners, Ho**er DeJong! They dove deep into project insights, learning more about RFIs and the shop process. Our interns are gearing up to make a significant impact with their newfound knowledge!

Our steel crew braved the heat yesterday to do a clean-up with the Hispanic Center of Western Michigan! We're always happy to work in Roosevelt Park, and the Hispanic Center is going great things in the neighborhood.

Our interns are working hard and learning a lot this summer, but they're also taking time for some fun! This week, some of Wolverine’s interns caught a Lansing Lugnuts baseball game at Jackson Field. It was a great night for the interns to enjoy food, laughter, and the mascot Big Lug!

Today in Lansing, we celebrated a ribbon cutting at the newly renovated The Porter! Our team did a complete interior remodel of this 107-year-old affordable senior living facility while retaining the historic charm of its beautiful façade.

Wolverine’s Lansing team is making history with an exciting new project at the Ingham County Courthouse. Check out these pics of the clocktower - we're doing some repairs and renovations to keep it safe and structurally sound while maintaining its historical aesthetic. Watch our page for more updates!

Wolverine's interns spent last Wednesday touring the future Oakbrook Apartments in Grand Rapids. Our internship program takes students to the jobsite, where they learn from the master builders who get it done every day - like our superintendent, Travis.

This is where all the magic happens! Our team loves Founders Brewing Co. beers, and we just had the chance to renovate and expand their kitchen. Have you checked out their summer menu yet? Tell them Wolverine sent you. Cheers to Beer City, and to another successful project!

Wolverine's recent renovation and addition for Living Stones Academy included a new library and some other cozy spaces. This elementary school has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that you can sense as soon as you walk in the doors - makes us feel like kids again! Our Wolverine Multi-Family team was excited to attend this year's Building Michigan Communities Conference! We met some incredible people, learned a lot about the future of multi-unit housing in Michigan, and had a ton of fun along the way. Thanks to Michigan State Housing Development Authority for putting on this awesome event!

Wolverine is topping off our safety culture with some new hardhats. With new features for safety, comfort, and functionality, they'll make work on the site that much better. And we gotta say, they look great on our skilled steel crew!

Wolverine is kicking off another summer internship program! Our interns come from Michigan State, Northern Michigan, Eastern Michigan U, and Ferris, but they all have one thing in common: a passion for construction. We're excited to welcome a new generation of learners to our offices and jobsites!

Before we became builders, our moms were there to build us up!

This weekend, we're sending best wishes to all the mothers and honorary mothers who guided us along the way. We wish peace and comfort to those whose moms are no longer with us.

It’s a beautiful day for a topping out ceremony! We’re proud to partner with on Vista Brighton, which will be the largest building in the City of Brighton, Michigan.

We just wrapped a renovation of the in Grandville, and it's looking renewed and refreshed! Our master builders completed this reno while the bank remained open for business, and we loved getting to know their team! Meeting new friends, playing new games, having amazing experiences, and laughing at the silly skits by counselors - all this and more are a part of day camp and overnight camp. We are proud of the training that our staff gets and love to watch them interact with our campers, leading them well. We cannot wait for Summer 2024!!!
