Susannah has been at BBV for 3 years, and she has done it all! She is currently a server and private events server, but she has worked as a host, expo, and barback. Her favorite dish is definitely the Faroe Islands Salmon! Susannah enjoys the social aspect of the restaurant industry; she loves that serving allows her to form personal connections with guests and gets to meet a lot of different people. Her favorite memory is meeting her boyfriend, Ryan Berg, who is a line cook at BBV. Thank you Susannah, we love and appreciate you and all your hard work. ❤️

We’re shining a light and giving a massive sendoff to our General Manager, 80’s hair metal expert, dog-lover, and dad-joke master, Jason, on his last weekend . Jason joined the team in 2022, bringing extensive management experience from his time with Cooper’s Hawk, fostering BBV’s next steps in Grand Rapids. Throughout his time here, Jason’s support and kindness to our team and guests has been a defining feature of our hospitality. Conner has been hustling at BBV since January of 2023, and he does it all; food runner, barback, and server assistant. His favorite dish is the saffron risotto, a great choice! Conner enjoys being a helping hand to the team, and socializing with guests and peers alike. He truly cares about making an impact and being the person who can assist in all areas on the floor. We strongly appreciate Conner and his hard work!
