If it matters to you, then absolutely it matters. Quality movement is the standard, but let the big weights follow! Goal setters in the gym are goal setters outside the gym. Prove what you can do. Stenosis, facet arthritis, degenerative disc disease (DDD)….let’s call it a bandage of honor. The longer we spend on this earth the more likely we are to find these on images. Just like WRINKLES!
When we compare people with or without back pain, often these findings are equal in both populations. This tells us that the images don’t line up with the pain. Something else is likely the cause of the pain, wrinkles don’t cause pain.

Jaw pain is a drag. Chewing, talking, just being yourself is made dang near impossible. You DON’T need to live this way. There’s many things we can do to make this more manageable and get it completely under control! This blog covers a few good exercises, just for starters.

HSA typically come with low premiums so your month to month payments for insurance won’t cost you and arm and a leg. They do have higher deductibles, BUT if you are healthy and take good care of yourself you’ll only spend money when you need to and won’t need to pay for big insurance plans you never use!

Dr. takes on the Berlin marathon in just a few hours (09/25/21). We wish her the best over in Germany! Get after it.
As much as we try to avoid this scenario, where surgery was the best and only option, we know it happens and we are 100% here to get you where you want to be. This doesn’t mean you need to wait weeks or months to get back to the gym either. At Onward we know we can get you in the gym ASAP, it just may look slightly different.
