Hi! my name is Melonie, I recently graduated from Douglas J. Aveda in November and have been LOVING my time at Pure Vanity salon ever since !! My favorite services are vivid fashion colors , lived in balayages and any blonding transformations !! Aside from doing hair I also enjoy doing make-up and skincare . When I’m not doing that you will either catch me hanging with my boyfriend or relaxing at home watching movies .
Fun fact about me : I love listening to Bad bunny and my favorite color is pink . Im a really talkative person , and expect to be laughing when you’re In my chair !! I can’t wait to meet all of you !

Here at Pure Vanity Salons we’ve worked hard for the last 5 years to build a thriving business with a reputation for excellence . Fortunately we SUCCEEDED! Unfortunately we weren’t exactly prepared for the success . Now we’re booked solid with standing clients and our waitlist is long enough to stretch from one side of the salon to the other. Clearly this crisis needs immediate solution and we are forced to seek the best of the BEST!
Our ideal Manager/Boss Babe In Charge will be
Recruiting, hiring, training and coaching salon staff. Creating Work Schedules for employees. Inventorying salon supplies and reordering as needed. Monitoring staffs completion of continuing education. Resolving client complaints. Marketing the salon to attract new customers.
Necessary skills: effective oral communication, Organizational skills , ability to use spread sheet, customer management software , word processing programs . Strong interpersonal skills to handle client complaints .Expertise in cutting , coloring , texturizing , and. Adequate written communication skills to develop policies , and perform other writing tasks. We understand that being a BOSS BABE is not easy and we only want the BEST! Base wages of $20-$30hour depending on experience as well as commission bonuses !
