Just Married and Walking into Forever!

Let’s elevate your dance floor! Follow these tips for a wedding night you + your guests won’t forget:
🪩 Hire a great DJ! An amazing DJ can make or break the dance floor! If you want your guests to be busting moves all night, makes sure to do your reasearch and choose a DJ that knows how to get people hyped up and moving to that dance floor. We are always happy to recommend some of our faves 🤩
🪩 Rent a decorative dance floor to truly define the dance space! Our black + white checkered dance floor is the perfect addition to our venues- who could resist stepping onto that dance floor 😍
🪩 You’ve probably heard fo the Anniversary Dance, but what about a Reverse Anniversary Dance?! Instead of asking the guests who have been married the shortest to LEAVE the dance floor, have your DJ gradually invite guests who have been married the longest ONTO the dance floor! This way, by the end of the song all the married couples are already on the dance floor making it harder to leave once the DJ plays that first open dance song 🎶
🪩 If the Anniversary Dances aren’t your thing, maybe opt for a group photo on the dance floor instead! Have your DJ call everyone onto the dance floor for a photo with the newlyweds then have them play a banger right after to keep everyone on the dance floor for open dancing!
🪩 Have coffee and late night snacks available for guests close to the dance floor! This gives your guests an extra boost of energy to keep the party going ☕️
🪩 Provide interactive props like glow sticks, light up battons, sunglasses ribbon wands, etc! This helps give your guests an extra fun element on the dance floor!
🪩 Make sure your dance floor is DARK! Your guests are more likely to let loose on a dimmly lit dance floor. Lucky for you, our staff takes care of making sure the lighting is perfect ALL NIGHT for your big day 💡

The perfect aisle for a perfect dress!
Pro Tip- make sure your aisle is wide enough to accommodate the following if they apply to you and your wedding:
◾ A large train or flowing/ poufy dress
◾ Two-four people walking down the aisle at a time (depending on your processional order)
◾ Aisle décor such as flowers or candles
◾ Photos like the above!

The Goei Center was the perfect space to host Haley + Charlie's gorgeous, nearly 200 person reception back in July. From the initial meeting at their tour and all through the planning process, we knew this was going to be a wonderful day full of love and celebration.
