What a great meeting with 40 sales and marketing professionals in the metal forming world. We learned a great deal about AI and LinkedIn. Thank you to the PMA for hosting this great event and providing the opportunity to learn from each other and network. Top Golf was super fun too, even in the snow and high heeled boots!

Another great year at Career Quest! 8,700 students getting introduced to all the careers available in manufacturing, construction, IT and medical! Our team did an outstanding job working with the kids and representing our amazing trade

2 awesome tours Friday with Grandville Middle School!

Another successful chili cookoff! 11 pots of delicious chili and some cornbread and deserts too! Our Enterprise team has some serious cooking skills! Bryce won first place, Brandon 2nd place and Matt 3rd! Great job guys! This is always one of my favorite events!

Manufacturing week #2 tours complete! It was our pleasure to host 2 large groups from Plymouth Christian Schools, a big group from
Grand Rapids Public Schools and a group from Pathways High School. It was wonderful to see so many students so engaged! Thanks team Enterprise for knocking it out of the park again this year! Doug and I appreciate all the extra you did to make this so successful!

Two more awesome tours today, this time with Grandville Middle School! The students were super engaged and it was so great to see the teachers and counselors so focused on skilled trades! I am so proud of how our team pulls together and makes these tours so fun, educational and memorable!

It was a great start to Manufacturing week # 1 at Enterprise! South Christian HS, Grand River Preparatory, Kelloggsville HS and Forest Hills Northern joined us for tours. All the kids and teachers have been incredible! Great questions, lots of interest and interaction, lots of competition and so many smiles. Our team loves to share their passion for our trade with our youth and they all do such a remarkable job. And with it being Halloween week we added even more fun to the tour this year!

Another fabulous WIM Executive meeting and plant tour at Bead! Covered topics of strategic planning, innovation, A1, best practices, grant info and so much more. Thank you Jill for hosting us and showing us your amazing company (the history is so great) and the beautiful New Haven area!

We have the best banking relationship manager - thank you BOA and Andy for a fun afternoon! The weather was perfect! It was great to meet Mike from Total Tooling as well! And added bonus, we took 1st place 🙂

BBQ completion 2023! We had awesome participation this year and the food was delicious! Our 1st place winners of $100 Amazon gift cards are Josh for his BBQ meat dish and Ed for his baked beans side dish. 2nd place $50 Amazon gifts card winners are Kevin for his BBQ meat dish and Josh for his amazing baked bean dish! We are blessed with a team who are incredibly talented in manufacturing and in the kitchen!
