I don't know what you did today but I know I got up early and went to Rio Linda to a woman's property that she's selling and loaded this trailer unloaded this trailer by myself!!!!! Me myself and I drove to the dump and unloaded it by HAND.. pun intended. I took some pictures because you can't even see most of the stuff that's actually in the trailer. I literally had to dig under years of overgrowth and w**ds Etc to actually get to the items that needed to be thrown away. It was easier to see in person through the grass and dirt and etc etc and then it is the pictures but let me tell you I am absolutely exhausted. It was not a fun experience however I am thankful and blessed to be working and grateful for all of my followers. I have to go back tomorrow and do another load however once that one's done I have another job that I have to complete that's been waiting on me for about a year now which I posted you know some pictures and said stay tuned but it's been so long you guys probably don't even remember but by the end of the week that job will be and that will be off my plate so I am just putting this post out there to make everyone aware that I'm ready to work it doesn't matter what it is I don't care if it's picking up dog crap I can climb building trees you can clean windows I can scoop p**p i can build fences I can install concrete pavers flagstone artificial turf for real sod I'm great at it installing a sprinkler systems and I'm hoping that if you or someone you know is looking to get a project done that's outside would be willing to consider hiring me. Okay so I'm feeling better I can actually see my phone long enough to post a couple of things. So I built this fence with retaining wall for a client a couple years ago her husband unfortunately Military Man passed away and we provide discounts for active and retired military as well as police and firefighters so she contacted me and asked me to give her an estimate on the fence because as you can tell her fence was trashed it was just trashed. The issue we had was the fact that the property behind her was three feet above her place and a privacy fence would not provide privacy for her as a now widowed woman with a child to raise and they had a pool in the back so they wanted the privacy. The code at that time is basically you can have a 7 ft fence from the final grade of the adjoining property so if you are next to somebody and they're four or five feet taller than you are Foundation sits above your foundation for fee and their property adjoins to your fence and they can look down inside your house into your pool or whatever and you have no privacy there you can build a fence 7 ft from there Foundation so since these folks were 3 ft higher we built a 9 ft fence. I used 2x12 pressure treated boards as well as well as 12 ft 4x4 pressure treated wood and we built the retaining wall and set the pickets on the 2x12s and there you have your 9-ft fence which provides 7 ft of fencing from the adjoining property and gives the young lady and her child full privacy for their pool area. Nonetheless if you and somebody you know needs a fence bill I do all kinds of style of fence I can put in chain link fence I can build Gates wood fence I can do retaining walls whether they're wood block brick or concrete we do pavers flagstone artificial turf are you name it if you've got an outdoor project for me let me know let me bid on it if you get a better bid than mine I'll either meet it or Beat It. Hey everyone! So, since Thursday I've been dizzy you might call it vertigo I guess I feel like I'm on a moving ship as I walk. If you have sent me a message or request please resend because it's been a few days since I could see my phone without my head hurting. So I may have missed you. Anyway, here is a job I did last week I finished on Thursday afternoon or I removed the existing man gate and I also removed two large metal sheds and rebuilt another gate which was approximately 10 and 1/2 ft. I used a 6x6 post pressure treated buried in the ground 3 ft with 300 lb of concrete and then built the gate it works perfectly and I think it looks great. I used four hinges just for those who are curious. Anyway I think it came out great I actually had somebody and paid them to dig the hole but they only got a couple inches into the ground and maybe 16 inches into the ground before they gave up and said this work is not for them so I had to use the Jackhammer myself dig the hole three feet deep. That's right by myself in the heat with one arm because I'm the Bandit. Know is fixing to have some sensory repair work done replacement done for a date installed my number and contact me 954-319-1921

Hey y'all! I bet you've been wondering where I've been. And I have actually been well it felt like I've been in hell with Saint the past week or so but I believe in Jesus so that ain't the case. However I have barbecuing myself on a daily basis. So here's a picture of a job I did myself today I wasn't able to complete everything the only thing I did not do was put the bark back down on the ground. So by the time it hit 106 I was driving my truck to the dump. So this particular client about this house and all of these Plants and Things were there but they were not very big at all and they have been water regularly and have grown and they've gotten overgrown. The lady in the house would like to plant some things in the planter box and she didn't want to plants that were there so she asked me to remove everything and clean it all up for her so she could put some plants in I believe vegetables or herbs. The side of the house that you see the last two pictures on this post are basically just what looks to be and make sure of shredded Cedar and all natural Deco bark just thrown on the ground by the freaking people who were contracted to do the landscaping for the new development these guys were so horrible at it they didn't level anything they just threw some old Home Depot crappy paper thin w**d fabric it's garbage absolute garbage whoever did these homes landscaping and and watering systems I would not hire them I certainly wouldn't put my name on what they did. Nonetheless, I removed two and a half yards of bark clean the planter box free and clear of all the things that you see there is a small tree that I did not take a picture of it's on the very far side of the house that I removed and then I cleaned everything up and I'll be taking the w**d fabric and first thing in the morning so that I can do it when it's nice and cool and I'll take a picture of that we're going to put recycled black bark in there. Anyway as usual if you or someone you know is looking to have a project done something like this nothing too big or small for me I can do anything outdoors I can put Turf in, pavers, concrete, flagstone, I can build retaining walls, fences, I can build wood retaining walls, we can put in drainage I clean gutters roofs trim trees I fall trees I put in new sprinkler systems and drip system and I'll shove a dog crap all day if I have to. I am rebuilding my business and I also want to put a shout out to all those who were supporting me when things were really really really bad for me and I love you guys so much please don't forget to contact me when you're ready to have me do what I said I was going to do and give you your voucher for money donated and my time of need. So here's my new place I got my own little front yard grass area going on there. Not comfortable showing the inside yet not quite finished with that with working and everything else I got going on I haven't quite gotten it put together all the way it's not dirty just a little clutter but finally got all of the storage containers and what have you that I've been stacked up along the front out of the way put in a lawn for the dogs to hang out in after work. I am feeling extremely grateful and blessed

Hello everyone! So here's a little sneak preview of a job that I'm pleased to finally be doing. This homeowner is very special to me these are multiple repeat clients as well as other family members of theirs and they are wonderful kind patient and generous people and I care for them very much. Here is just a sneak preview of it though going to be removing everything you see except for the area with the pots. I'm going to redesign it and reinstall it with a new River bed .. stay tuned. Oh yeah and the goofy guy and the last picture he is the fellow that's extremely happy to be working and moving forward. If there is someone in your neighborhood is highly overgrown yard out of control give him my information. B4 and after pictures of the deck i finished on Sunday cuz I had to get the job done I even worked on my birthday which was Friday. so just like the fence I did I did this by myself as well and I'm still not finished because they want me to sand and stain it and you talk about beautiful it's going to be absolutely gorgeous when I'm done stand by for finish pictures. So here's the fence I finished yesterday I didn't get done working until 7:00 so I was pretty tired that's why I didn't post it last night but anyway it's 45 ft of fencing there three rail fence using a galvanized metal postmaster post a pressure treated 2x4s and one by 636 Redwood dog your pickets let me know what you guys think. Hey everyone I went last night and picked up the materials for this new privacy fence. I had to pull the order, load the material, take it to the job site and unload it. Needless to say I unloaded 3/4 of it last night and then this morning unloaded the rest I have it lined up so that as I'm building I can just grab what I need right next to where I'm working. Today the first thing I did was of course finish unloading, then brought all my tools to the back and got organized. I tore out the greenery that is a growin through, on and around the fence I need to get to. Mto remove and replace. There's also what you don't see in these pictures a riverbed that runs along that fence line. It's drainage for that area's storm run off. The entire riverbed was not visible due to overgrowth. Today I removed all of that including the trees that are growing into, through and around this fence. I also cut the fence into sections so that tomorrow morning when I get there I can pull the sections off and stack them in the 🚛 .. I'll be setting the post tomorrow and will have more pictures for you tomorrow. So here is the start of the return and come back of the amputee for hire.!! This was previous client who normally gives this job to some certain people that he knows same nationality that he is from and I work for him before so he saw I needed help and decided to give the job to me this year. So this is obvious a yard rehabilitation. This grass is pretty high I mean came up to my waist in some spots in the foxtails were so big. So it was just me doing this job I had to help of one other person some big tall handsome one arm guy LOL never mind that was me hahaha anyway just wanted to share that with you getting back to basics and being humble and doing what it is I need to do. And there's nothing like a fresh 10:00 a.m. slap across the upper cheekbone with a fresh pile of dog crap slung in your face by w**d eater at about a hundred miles an hour but you know what I was grateful to have that dog s**t hit me in the face because that means I'm working and doing what I love to do. Okay everybody! So we got this taken care of so now I got to pay pay the rent for this place so I need work so bring on the jobs let's get it done! No jobs too small that you're big I need cash paying jobs ASAP from pick up dog crap if I have to whatever you got share my post share my page tell people I need work I'll follow a tree I'll trim trees I'll do artificial turf I do retaining walls you name it I'll cut grass if necessary trim bushes everything from going back to the basics starting over with just cutting grass and w**d eating low blow and go all the way to contractor skilled work you just let me know let's get it done

I've shared mostly negative things, but I want to share some positive experiences too. Being a father to two boys is one of them, even though I missed out on the opportunity with my daughters, which hurts me daily. Looking ahead, I might have a trailer to show you tomorrow, but for now, I need a hotel for the evening. So here's a throwback! I still had my first pickup truck and I had just gotten my first brand new dump trailer that I had worked and saved and networked in order to be able to purchase.

So I want to give you guys an update I appreciate the donations that did come in we are up to about $950 or 60 bucks or something like that which we have put away we are still in need of a travel trailer we did start to go fund me which raised about $500. So all of that is absolutely tremendously just awesome and appreciate it. Please understand this is not something where I have mismanaged myself into a position that I am this is the season in my life I never ever ever thought would happen ever if you know anything about my past you'll know how much MPT For hire means to me and how changing my life going from one person to the person that God meant for me to be which is who I have tried to be for the past 10 years I'm in a position where I prayed and the only thing I know to do is to reach out to all of you if you don't want to give money I'm okay with that I'm not doing drugs with my money we're in this position for different reason which if you've read my post you know. Please understand that a night at a hotel a week at a hotel anything like that would be greatly appreciated we do have a line on a trailer where we are trying to work out the details and we are asking for not only your prayers but maybe a little help with housing. Please understand we have tried and have called all of the state funded and locally funded homeless shelters gathering in etc etc etc but we have two dogs a truck a trailer tools and jobs to do so unfortunately if we're going to try to stay or keep or get ourselves out of this position we are unable to be able to use their type of resources.
