Day to day service issues, renewal and open enrollment support, assisting with compliance issues.

When did you know that you’re making a difference in your work?
When serving on the BAT team as a customer service rep, employees would share with me how much my assistance impacted their personal life, I realized that I was doing much more than my “job”, I was impacting people’s real lives. This pushes me go above and beyond for my clients and their employees every day.

Strive for progress, not perfection.

Check in on their employees and show them you care, whether that is some 1:1 time, remembering a birthday or asking how their family is doing.

If you could be anywhere in the world… where would you be and why?
African Safari. I’ve always loved animals and traveling. My dream would be to go on an African Safari and see all the animals up close and personal.
