Our Grants Pass Jimmy John's is hiring for both delivery drivers and in-shoppers!

Jimmy John's is growing fast and we are looking for energetic, friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic, clean-cut individuals to join our team. Jimmy John's makes the world's best gourmet sandwiches freaky fast. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service we would love to hear from you. Applicants should be eager to lead, do things right, energetic, be accountable, and have ownership in what they do. Must have outstanding customer service and move with a sense of urgency.

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during rush times
Take orders from customers and input their selections in the restaurant's computer systems
Assemble orders in bags depending on the type of order
Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied
Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures
Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion
Know the menu and pass a menu test within two weeks of being hired
Crew Member Skills:

Excellent time management skills
Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift
Strong customer service skills
Capable of lifting 25 lbs..
Delivery Drivers

Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering sandwiches to customers in a designated delivery area. Drivers check all delivery orders to ensure accuracy and quality, then deliver products to customers in a safe and courteous manner. When not out on a delivery, drivers will work as in-shop employees, helping to make sandwiches and keep the restaurant clean. Some delivery drivers make as much as $20 per hour. Drivers must have valid license and insurance. Clean driving record is preferred but not required. If the applicant has received citations, please specify in notes.

A company car is not provided, meaning drivers must deliver using their own vehicles.

Delivery drivers start at minimum wage but also receive tips and DMR (Driver Maintenance Reimbursement) which is why the hourly rate varies.

In-shop positions start at $12-15 per hour.

Both part-time and full -time positions available.
