This 2023 is a typical Bordeaux blend, Merlot 50% Cabernet Sauvignon 38% Cabernet Franc 12%. Merlot gives the wine a moderate acidity and soft tannins🍇. Cabernet gives the wine its black currant and black olive notes🫒. Cab Franc rounds out the wine with hints of bell pepper🫑!
