We can help! We have had many customers with dozens of videotapes or film reels, and the cost of having them all done seems like a lot. We understand completely! We can do as many, or as few at a time as you'd like! We do this quite often. If you have 50, 80, 100+ tapes or films, we can start with 5, 10, 20 and proceed however, and whenever you'd like.

As far as not knowing what is on each tape, we can make that easy for you as well! Most people are interested in preserving only their old home movies of their family. So, we will go through each tape, and if we come across old recorded TV shows, etc., we skip those and move onto the next tape, at absolutely no extra charge!

We thought we'd list some of our most common frequently asked questions:

Q: "I have several tapes, but no idea what is on many of them. How do you handle that?"
A: "Excellent question! Most people are only interested in family footage, so when we come across blank tapes, or ones which were just recorded TV shows from long ago, we skip those, and move on to the next tape."

Q: "You did work for me previously, and I lost the flash drive you provided. Do I need to give you all my tapes and film reels again?"
A: "Not at all! We have backed-up every item from every customer from the day we started! We can provide you with a new flash drive at any time!"

Q: "Can you fix broken tapes?"
A: "Absolutely, and at no extra charge!"

Q: "I have so many tapes, but the total cost will be too high."
A: "No problem! We can break it up into several smaller projects to do over time, to make it much easier. We do this quite often!"

Q: "How long will the process take?"
A: "That depends upon the amount of items in the project. Usually we can do projects of 1-20 tapes by the next day. Film reels may take a few days, depending on how many there are and what size. Slide and photo scans can be done quickly. Our current average turnaround time for all projects we've ever done is 4.62 days!"

When this film was released, Franklin D. Roosevelt was President. we were still digging our way out of the Great Depression, the "home Television set" was still two years away from being introduced, gas was $0.20 per gallon (don't we all wish!?), and World War 2 hadn't happened yet.

Hello, everyone! We know we've been rather quiet for a few months, but there's a reason. We have been more busy than we ever imagined was possible! While it has been incredible for business, we have been hesitant to take on too many new customers at once, in fear of our turnaround times extending to a level we're not satisfied with. However, in anticipation of our even busier time of year (leading up to the Holidays), we have invested in additional equipment and software, and have quadrupled our operational capacity! Steady growth is always the goal!

Some highlights from the past few months:

1. In May, we announced we had converted over 20,000 items over the past four years. That number now exceeds 30,000!

2. We had our first customer to ask if we can convert a Betamax tape to.... VHS??? ...And we did!

3. We have scanned over 1,000 photos and documents, and converted hundreds of VHS, VHS-C, Hi8/Digital8, MiniDV, Betamax, and PAL tapes, and over 200 reels of film, just in the past month!

We received an email this morning which made our day! A few months ago, a customer brought us an audio tape, recorded in 1973, of a man singing several Irish songs along with a large audience. (see below!)

"Good morning!
I am the daughter of the man that brought you his family's recordings! I have to update you that one of the songs in the recordings has been sent to several Irish music libraries at Notre Dame, Boston College & the Irish Traditional Music Archive in Dublin. My dad always said it was my grandpa's signature song and no one else had ever heard it before. Haha, I always doubted that but now we know that was the truth. Anyhow, all the Irish music experts enjoyed hearing this gem. So grateful to you for helping us uncover this song. It would have been lost forever without you!"
