As we celebrate our Independence Day, let's not forget what it took to get there, and what it's taken to remain free.

06/12/2021

In my next chapter of "as the wood dries", my friend Aaron brought me his Fender guitar and said "can you do something with this ?" He said "anything, I don't care". Well, I gave it a little face lift. It will be a nice wall hanger with his other guitars. He now has his own personnel addition of a Planicaster.

In my latest edition of "as the wood dries", this table came to me as a DIY paint job that had gone South. After 4 weeks of removing 6 coats of the DIY product and scraping and sanding, the customer wanted the table back to it's original 1988 look. This all maple table looks great.

Now that's a charcuterie board. Lasered the logo

01/12/2021

Serve up some fun with this laser engraved platter.

01/12/2021

How about a little serving of freedom ? Another laser engraved item.

12/24/2020

Laser engraved this hand written recipe on this walnut charcuterie board for a customer.

Photos from GP Engraving's post 12/09/2020

Completed this mantel cleat pocket and decided to try out the Laser with the customer name.

11/30/2020

Thought I would try Laser Engraving something for myself on a ceramic tile.

11/28/2020

Yes, the laser works on cookies too

11/26/2020

Learning the ropes on the laser. This is my first try at laser engraving a ceramic tile.

11/25/2020

I installed a Laser on my CNC machine. Running tests and hope to be productive in a week.

This is the continuation of "as the wood dries" from my previous post. Last dresser completed.

Photos from GP Engraving's post 10/24/2020

In my next installment of "as the wood dries". This mid century bedroom dresser came in needing refinishing. The customer loves the new look.

In my latest addition of "as the wood dries"
These mid-century lamp tables came in looking in pretty rough shape. Now they will leave looking a little bit better.

09/24/2020

Sign and post installed.

09/11/2020

A customer brought these two barn beams over to have mounting cleat pockets machined out. Ready to go.

08/26/2020

A sign everyone can relate to

08/23/2020

This mailbox post is heading for Michigan. The left upper support will have the Three Carrots custom house sign hung from it that I did last year.

08/20/2020

Made this simple mailbox post and added some detail carving to the support pieces.

06/22/2020

In my latest addition of "as the wood dries" I made this from a branch of a tree I took down.

Photos from GP Engraving's post 06/06/2020

In my latest addition of "as the wood dries" I made this bowl or you could call it a round platter I guess :)

05/17/2020

I made this Air Fryer Trivet. Two sided carving makes the feet which creates an air space between the Air fryer and the trivet, and between the countertop and the trivet. In doing so, this will keep the counter top cool instead of getting hot like it usually would.

05/05/2020

Another one ready to be picked up on Tuesday.

04/29/2020
