๐๐ถ๏ธ July is UV Safety Month! ๐ถ๏ธ๐
While we all love a healthy dose of sunshine, it's essential to remember that the sun can also pose some serious risks to our skin and eyes if we don't take the right precautions.
Here are some quick tips to keep safe:
1๏ธโฃ Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 before going outside, even on cloudy days, and reapply every two hours or immediately after swimming or sweating.
2๏ธโฃ Wear sunglasses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays - not only are they stylish, but they also protect your eyes from sun damage!
3๏ธโฃ Stay in the shade as much as possible during peak sun hours (10AM - 4PM) and wear protective clothing like long sleeves, pants, and a wide-brimmed hat if possible.
Remember, UV safety is a year-round responsibility. We can still enjoy the sun while protecting our skin and eyes. Have a fantastic and safe summer! โ๏ธ๐๏ธ๐

Happy first day of summer! As the days grow longer and the sun shines brighter, itโs time to make the most of the summer season. ๐ Here are some tips to help you stay healthy and vibrant all summer long:
Schedule Your Annual Check-Up:
Summer is a great time to take care of your health. Make sure to schedule your annual check-up to stay on top of your wellness and catch any potential issues early.
Embrace the Outdoors:
Take advantage of the beautiful weather by spending time outside. Whether it's a hike in the mountains, a stroll in the park, or a day at the beach, fresh air and sunshine can do wonders for your well-being.
Maintain a Sleep Schedule:

Summer is the perfect time to enjoy fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Visit a farmers' market or a local farm stand to discover delicious, healthy options that support your community.
Start an Exercise Routine:
Thereโs no better time to start or revamp your exercise routine. Whether you prefer running, cycling, swimming, or yoga, find an activity you love and make it a regular part of your summer days.
Make Time to Relax:
While staying active is important, so is taking time to relax and recharge. Set aside moments for yourself to unwind, whether itโs reading a book, meditating, or simply lounging in the sun.
