Susan’s passion is to help support people with auto-immune disorders, COVID long-hauler symptoms and lifestyle/stress related disorders. She loves to assist prenatal and lactating mothers or people in pre-surgery and recovery in order to reduce the risk of infection/pain/inflammation/swelling/scars, chronic fatigue, and reduce water retention.
People have used cupping for thousands of years to ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other problems. Cupping therapy involves creating a suction force to pull blood into the skin.

Hot stone massages💜
Smooth, flat, heated basalt stones are used and placed on specific areas of the body, such as the back, abdomen, face, hands and feet. 🥰
The heat and weight of the stones are comforting and deeply relaxing offering a sedative effect, allowing stress and tension to melt away, easing muscle pain and stiffness, and promoting sleep. This modality has also been shown to help relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune disorders.
Meet Val. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2006. She graduated with honors from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and has extensive coursework in neuromuscular, deep tissue and sports techniques. She is licensed by the State of Colorado and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She has additional certifications in Zen Shiatsu massage, and Manual Lymph Drainage (based on the Vodder protocol and techniques) from Klose Training. Val spent an additional 200 hours in her coursework focusing on Master Bodyworker for Orthopedic and Sports Massage in the Advanced Bodywork Studies Program.
Val’s passion is to help clients benefit from the positive effects of therapeutic massage as it fits into their personal, competitive or comprehensive rehabilitation programs. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and specialized healing techniques with each client. One of her primary goals is to help her clients reduce stress and tension, promote relaxation, ease chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. Her specialties are neuromuscular and deep tissue bodywork, including soft tissue manipulation and myofascial release. She also utilizes muscular energy techniques, injury specific rehabilitation and resistance/relaxation stretches.
She spends her free time with her two grown daughters (who are both nurses), two grandchildren and family. She also loves meditation, learning tai chi and yoga. She has been a yogi for 20 years+ and believes in its healing properties. Iyengar and Restorative yoga are her favorites. She’s also an avid reader and belongs to a book & scrabble club.
Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch technique that works with the body’s craniosacral system to support the central nervous system. It works with the natural and unique rhythms of the different body systems to pinpoint and address problem sources.
This technique improves overall health and wellbeing, releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
Meet Whitney, Rossiter coach.
She seeks to be a positive light and help others reduce their pain and restore their quality of life. She became very interested in natural medicine after experiencing chronic pain throughout her lifetime. Her journey has included a long struggle with an undiagnosed illness where she was often told her symptoms were due to anxiety and stress.
Long involved in athletics, she experienced a significant set back in college before finally being diagnosed with Lyme disease. Taking a break from college to focus on her health, things continued to get worse as the disease entered her brain and spinal cord causing her to lose her ability to walk. With the support of her family, she began to explore natural medicine and began making dramatic improvements. She graduated from UNC in May of 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science with an emphasis in Physical Therapy and a minor in Psychology. Whitney plans to continue her education and become a Doctor of Natural Medicine.
Whitney discovered Rossiter when a family member of hers suggested she look into Rossiter Active Stretching, her uncle has received ongoing Rossiter Stretching with fantastic results, and she became intrigued. After meeting with Kaitlyn, and the Mindful Massage and Bodywork team, she wanted to learn more. Whitney certified in Rossiter Stretching Techniques in October of 2020 to help her achieve her goals of helping others in chronic pain. She loves watching people’s bodies change through movement and stretching for the better. She is looking forward to getting back to sports and activities. She lives an active lifestyle and loves to be outside. In the winter, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and snowmobiling. In the summer she enjoys hiking, boating, paddle boarding, and fishing. Her favorite things to do are spend quality time with her family, friends, and dogs.
