Kayak Wisconsin
Kayak Self Serve Rentals. Duck Creek Quarry, Lily Lake, Wrightstown, and Little Chute
The ADA launches are so easy to use! They're at our locations in Wrighstown, Little Chute, and Lily Lake!
Ahhh, it's young Aubrey teaching the world how to unlock kayaks.
Updated "how to" video!
I can't fathom using one of our heavy tandem kayaks and having the strength to put it away on the top rack but it happens often. I'm going to start checking the cameras to check out the muscley people who must be doing this. Bahahaha
I mean, I guess it’s better than no life jacket at all. Maybe growing up as an 80s kid with a water loving (but extreme risk taking) father is what turned me into the life jacket preacher I am today. 🛟
Our Social Media girl, Aubrey had the opportunity to go to WASC leadership camp this week. Love the pics ❤️❤️
Mother Nature listened. Perfect for kayaking today! If you go from Wrightstown, the water is still high so you need to either go against the current first or down Plum Creek. And always wear life jackets. The entire time. Not just on the boat, but on your body. Because we love you. ❤️
Village of Wrightstown and Village of Little Chute are both closed today for rentals (Little Chute closed until next week)
Well, dang! Well done Village of Howard. It’s doing to be great!
Due to overwhelming response, both the Duck Creek Triathlon individual and relay events are full, and registration is now closed. If you weren't able to participate this year, please consider volunteering. Everyone is also welcome to join us for the Duck Creek Triathlon Spectator Event and Community Post-Race Party!
FYI—the Little Chute location is closed for at least this week. The water level is high and we want you to stay safe. At the other locations, as always, use caution and paddle near the shoreline. And for crying out loud if you know a dance to get the sun out, start doing it ☀️
Kayak Launch - Heesakker Park
Due to the amount of rain, we have experienced coupled with high water levels and fast currents, the Kayak Launch at Heesakker Park will be CLOSED for one week. We will monitor the water levels and current each week on Fridays, to make a determination of re-opening or remaining closed. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. 🚣♂️🚣♀️
Happy 4th! Please send us your pictures while you’re out having fun on the water today and maybe you could become famous in an upcoming Kayak Wisconsin ad. Maybe…
Did you rent from us last week and lose some MasterLock keys at the Duck Creek Quarry location? If so, message us. Village of Howard
BOGO50 rentals today. Rent one at regular price, second is 50% off. Enjoy!
These boys had more fun kayaking and jumping off their kayaks at the quarry than anyone I’ve ever seen rent kayaks before 🤣. Super fun to watch-this is before they kept “falling” in.
Please text (920) 278-9766 if you have questions or last minute reservation requests. That way our whole family team will see your messages—and you’ll get faster answers. Thank you!!
My paddling partner saw the beach at the Duck Creek Quarry Park and literally jumped ship. Lesson learned—swimsuits next time 🤣
Are you freaked out about kayaking?
Join Sheri for an hour of “kayaking basics”. Tuesday, June 18 at 10am in Wrightstown. If you’re interested, go to kayakwis.com and book the 10am time slot and the first hour will include an instruction session (no additional $$). 2nd hour is yours to continue paddling if you choose.
In the past, these have filled fast. Register soon if you’d like to join.

Happy Memorial Day! The Depere Kiwanis parade never disappoints. Many awesome veterans out there. And so much fun 🤩
Just a reminder to always wear your life jackets. Don’t just have them in your kayak-have them on you.
GORGEOUS day for baseball and fun in the sun. I think the social media girl is daydreaming that she’s catching rays on a kayak with those reflecting rays 🙂
We are proudly offering the easiest and fastest way to get on the water Memorial Day weekend and all summer long!
There is currently availability at all locations for Memorial Day weekend kayak rentals. Our rentals are located next to the water for easy access and we don’t charge extra for the holiday weekend, but it often fills up, so reserving early is a good idea.
Just a reminder (and a FAQ) no wristbands needed to rent kayaks at the Duck Creek Quarry.
Duck Creek Quarry wristband distribution for the 2024 swim season will begin tomorrow (May 15) at the Howard Public Works Department, located at 1336 Cornell Road. Howard residents will get up to five free wristbands per family, plus two additional wristbands for guests. Non-residents may get up to five wristbands per family at a set cost of $50 on a FCFS basis until all 2,500 non-resident wristbands are gone.
✅One adult member of the household must complete the wristband order form, show a photo ID, and provide a proof of residency (if not shown on the ID).
✅Because residents will be able to get wristbands at Public Works anytime between May 15 and Aug. 30, and the beach doesn't open until Memorial Day weekend, residents are strongly encouraged to wait a week to avoid the expected long lines of those seeking non-resident wristbands.
✅Wristbands are only available at the Public Works Department during regular business hours 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Fridays. Wristbands are not available at Village Hall or at the beach.
✅For more information about Duck Creek Quarry Park and swim beach and a link to the wristband order form, visit the website here:

We went out to Brown County Parks Lily Lake to do some work and my assistant demanded to get on the water. Not a bad day for it ❤️
Celebrating mother’s day by ensuring this kid doesn’t get his hands sticky. ❤️❤️❤️
Happy Mother’s Day from all of us to all of you!
If you rent kayaks with mom tomorrow, send us a message so we can order her a greenhouse gift certificate ❤️
Bring mom kayaking on Mother’s Day and we will give her a $25 gift certificate for In Bloom Greenhouse.

When you book with Kayak Wisconsin, you'll get an emailed link with the Waiver. If you miss it in your email, here it is. It's required before you hit the water with us.
Be sure to complete your smart waiver ahead of time! Renting kayaks from our stands is similar to renting a car, bike, or kayak from a rental store and transporting it yourself. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions; we are simply providing the equipment in a safe and convenient way. Only use our kayaks if you feel safe paddling a kaya...
Welp, the Kayak Wisconsin is struggling to keep up with social media this month. We LOVE gymnastics, Pulaski Baseball, Inc., Pulaski softball, tball, coaching, track, and GRB Baseball Academy golf and band and stepping up ceremonies, field trips, family events with Oak Learning at Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary (likely the COOLEST place on earth for a 4year old to go to school) and all the THINGS but Facebook and Insta are being neglected.
WE NEED YOUR HELP--please post pics when you rent from us and we'll give you a prize. It could be swag, discounts...it's a mystery, but it'll be awesome. xoxo
PS...we're loving every second. In June, we'll be out on the water with you.
