We had a great time at our inaugural Conger associate golf outing. It was a day filled with good company and enjoyable moments at Village Green Golf Course. Thanks to everyone who made it out!

We have some really cute, fun, playful, energetic visitors at our Green Bay office today thanks to Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary, Inc. and their Give BIG Green Bay event, which spotlights local non-profits to bring awareness.

Our Culture Committee recently wrapped up a Veteran's Donation Box for our associates to give back to local Veteran's in need. Thanks to the generosity of our associates, we were able to provide essential items such as clothing, toiletries, and activities to those who have served our Country.

Due to the number of items collected, we were able to donate to the Department of Veterans Affairs in both Green Bay and Milwaukee.

Each year at our annual Holiday party it has become tradition that the "red suit" fundraiser take place. This has become a fun part of the party and for a good charitable cause, where this "red suit" is auctioned off to the highest bidder(s). The final bid amount is then matched by Conger with a check given to the highest bidder(s) for their chosen charity.

Last year's recipient was Kendyn's Kause, with this year's recipient being Honor and Valor Outdoors. Honor and Valor Outdoors is focused on getting Veterans into the outdoors, with specialization in one-on-one based hunting and fishing trips for a Veteran that would like a personal experience.

Our great associates contributed many school supply items as part of our Culture Committee's School Supply Drive with the goal of filling as many backpacks as we could for local organizations within the Green Bay, Neenah, Richfield and Wausau areas for the 2023 school year.

We are currently searching for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and being part of a successful team to be our Rental Prevention Maintenance Technician in Green Bay.

This person will be responsible for performing the maintenance checks of our rental fleet, working with our parts department on parts ordering, and documenting completed service work. Additionally, we're seeking an individual who has a positive personality, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
