Is looking for a summer handy minded helper.
We are a handyman service that caters mostly to residential clients with a few commercial clients.
Most of the things we do are basic home repairs, deck refinishing, fence repair, yard work, Interior and exterior painting, power washing, carpet cleaning and such
Monday-Friday flexable-ish short days with an occasional weekend as the weather sometimes dictates if we work or not.

Ideal candidate should have basic residential maintenance knowledge but not manditory including:
*light electrical,
*light plumbing,
*painting,
*use of basic power tools.
*Not afraid of heights or ladders.
*Must physically be able to bend, stretch, lift and squeeze into small places.
*Having your own tools(constitutes a pay premium,) but not necessary.
*Experience is preferred but would be willing to train right candidate, So don’t be discouraged if you haven’t done it, just be willing to learn.

Dryer vent cleaning is a must for safety. Clogged up dryer ducts are a fire hazard an energy drainer and a money sucker!

UP
There is a two letter word that perhaps has more meaning than any other two letter word, and that word is UP.
It’s easy to understand UP, meaning towards the sky or at the top of the list, but when we awaken in the morning, why do we wake UP? at a meeting, why does a topic come UP? Why do we speak UP and why are the officers UP for election and why is it UP to the secretary to write UP a report?
We all call our friends UP, and we use it to brighten UP a room, polish UP the silver. We warm UP the leftovers and clean UP in the kitchen. we lock UP the house and some guys fix UP the old car.
At other times the little word has real special meaning. People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, work UP an appetite, and think UP excuses.
To be dressed is one thing but to be dressed UP is special.
And this UP is confusing. A drain must be opened UP because it is stopped UP. We open UP a store in the morning but we close it UP at night.
We seem to be pretty mixed UP about UP! To be knowledgeable about the proper uses of UP, look the word UP in the dictionary. In a desk size dictionary, it takes UP almost 1/4 of the page and can add UP to about 30 definitions.
If you’re UP to it, you might try building UP a list of the many ways UP is used. It will take UP a lot of your time, but if you don’t give UP, you may wind UP with 100 or more.
When it threatens to rain, we say it’s clouding UP,when the sun comes out we say it’s clearing UP. When it rains, it wets the earth and often messes things UP. When it doesn’t rain for a while, things dry UP. One could go on and on but I’ll wrap it UP because my time is UP, so time for me to shut UP. oh one more thing, what is the first thing you do in the morning the last thing you do at night?………..U-P!

So this little guy helped get me a job. Very curious on what he has stashed up there!

Hubby do or hubby don’t?
If you have a hubby do, there’s nothing I can do for you, but if you have a hubby don’t, we will fix the things that hubby won’t!

1. When hubby thinks he’s an engineer after messing up 10 projects that he started last year, we offer, ASSEMBLY: We mount TVs, hang pictures and mirrors, install closet organizers, and assemble new furniture like desks, tables, chairs, beds, shelves .

2. When hubby thinks that he’s a frog, says he’ll ll jump to it, but just sits on that log, we offer,
INTERIOR PAINTING: Freshen up the bedroom, dining room, kitchen, or den. We can also paint your doors and wood furniture.

3. When hubby is gone with Larry, Curly and Mo, we can help protect you with these services shown below!! INSTALL: window blinds, security cameras, ring doorbells, door k**bs and locks, peep holes (for doors), grab bars, interior doors, storm doors.

4. When hubby dresses like a plumber, and you think it’s wack, we can come and fix those things without the plumbers crack! we offer: LIGHT PLUMBING: Leaky faucets, installing new faucets and removing or applying caulking in bathrooms and kitchens. Toilet repair or replacement.

5. Because hubby now has curly hair and a distinct stutter, we will finish that electric job with our wire cutters! We offer: LIGHT ELECTRICAL: High location lightbulb changing, installing new light fixture or ceiling fans.

6. Got nothing for number six, I blame this one on the woman, they’re always too cold, so we offer,
INTERIOR WINTERIZING: Installing or repairing window film, weatherstripping, door sweeps, foam insulation and caulking around doors and windows.

7. Because hubby said you’d play it safe before a daughter or a son, but now you need to baby proof cause he forgot to wear one. we offer, BABY PROOFING: Installing outlet covers and safety locks, setting up baby gates, and anchoring furniture like dressers and bookshelves.
