Enjoying my back yard this morning... sans shoes and sunglasses! Everyday try to "ground" yourself: walk barefoot outside and let the first light of day be unfiltered sunlight not your phone, TV, or artifical lights. Just try it. It's easy to do is summer so give it a go.

This is one way to manage stress. I try to get to the beach weekly. The other thing I do is receive massage consistently. This is something you can also do whether it's weekly, monthly or even seasonly. Make it work for you.
