Bailey Monfils has been promoted to Safety Manager here at CH&F. Over the past year and a half, Bailey has showcased her dedication and proficiency in her role as a Customer Account Specialist, as well as learning more about the Accounts Payable function. Bailey’s tenure as a Customer Account Specialist has provided her with valuable insights into various departments, as she’s worked closely with HR, Accounting/Finance, Sales, Shipping, and Production.

In her new role as Safety Manager, Bailey will oversee Safety in both the Green Bay and Fox Valley Forge facilities and will spend time at both locations. We are confident that her passion for safety coupled with her experience, will strengthen our safety program and enhance the overall safety culture within our organization.
