While everyone was sleeping last night, we were out in the middle of nowhere, looking up at the sky. This was definitely the most intense light array that I have ever seen. Thanks for the company Edward Specht!!!

A little more than 300 stairs later... This is the view from the top of Roche-a-Cri Butte this week:

I like big buttes and I can not lie. 🤣

Roche-A Cri Butte is an amazing place for a day hike!!! It is now on my growing list of favorite Wisconsin State Parks to visit. It is crazy to imagine that the top of this rock was a just small island in a giant lake only 15,000 years ago.
