After a minor holdout from our planned Monday announcement, your 2024 Gold Package has arrived! A collab along the coast of Lake Michigan between and yours truly is hitting stores and shelves across Wisconsin in the coming weeks. This is an easy-drinking, medium-bodied ale. A brilliant gold color with notes of a lightly honeyed English muffin.

You will be able to find Gold Package in both the Green Bay and Milwaukee metro markets wherever our beers are sold. (Since we share the same distributor this made it easy!) You will also be able to find this beer on tap at our respective breweries in the coming weeks. What better way than to relish in the late summer months and some preseason football than with this delightful Golden Ale?

Summer naturally calls for pineapples. Not sure when this amendment to the constitution was passed but we’re happy to oblige and in good fashion, will soon be releasing Underground Cider’s latest and greatest flavor: Pineapple. This hazy slightly tart and a little sweet cider is getting doused with pineapple. There may be no better cider for summer. If there is, feel free to leave your wrong answers in the comments below. We shall see you soon, under the sea of course.

We’re one week away from our favorite time of year and this year we’ve curated the best music lineup seen in years for our Friday night concert series. “Live In The Garden” kicks off Friday May 24th and runs every Friday through September. Food trucks, beer, seltzer, wine and the best night of the week surrounded by friends and family. Get here early and grab a table with your crew or bring that lawn chair to post up in. We’ll take care of the rest for you.

If you’ve watched the transformation of our once brown field property turned into the lush seasonal gardens and nature scape over the last ten years then you know our affinity for plants and greenery. With that spirit in mind we’ve teamed up with the experts at to create a new rotating seasonal offering featuring botanicals and ingredients sourced from the gardens and locally throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Releasing this week is GARDEN OF DELIGHTS: a Strawberry Basil Kolsch. We packed the light and easy drinking base beer with the bright aromatics of fresh basil grown at the gardens and added real strawberry for a complimentary tart sweetness. You will be able to find this beer exclusively and at our tap room and beer garden all summer long.

After many requests over the last few years we’ve decided to bring back Singapore Sling from the TT series for summer of 2024. If you’re not excited yet, please feel free to do a little dance while we remind you of how great this beer is!

Singapore Sling was modeled after the famed cocktail that many date back to the Raffles Hotel (Singapore) in 1915. An incredibly complex compilation of orange, pineapple, lime, pomegranite, and cherry- we stripped this down to create a beer reminiscent of that century gone by and the beverage innovation that has since followed. Singapore Sling should hit nice all summer long. We hope you enjoy.

The maple sap is a flowin’ in Wisconsin and we’re adding a sticky new brew to the lineup to pay tribute to the sappiest time of year.

Sap Sucker is our highly acclaimed Maple Porter (Porte Des Morts) aged in Willet Rye and Bourbon barrels. Rich candy-like sweetness and medium bodied. Well balanced for a spring barrel aged offering at 8.8% ABV.

When we created Beermosa it was with Sundays in mind. What evolved from a splash of OJ in our house made Witbier evolved into this fruited sour created with four different types of oranges. We took the mimosa and made it as Wisconsin as it could be. Go ahead and grab one today, you earned it.
