It doesn't hurt to do Jiu-jitsu at least once; what's the worst that can happen? You get completely hooked and spend money on GI's, possibly, but how will you know if you don't come try your first week free!?

GRSF Duality Invitational

Just want to take a moment and congratulate everyone on their performance yesterday! It was a first tournament for one who's barley been training a month, another who's a little over a month in his second tournament, and one who stepped up to the pro level, somthing most people don't do!

Win, or loose, it didn't matter! How you stepped away and how you handle it and move forward is what matters!

I can say, i am more than proud of these individuals and all they have yet to achieve!!!
