To properly submit a service request to the Department of Transportation for potholes, sidewalks, signs, etc., you have two viable options:

1️⃣ The recommended action is to call the Green Valley Council at 520-648-1936 and ask to submit a service request. You can also submit the request on line at www.gvcouncil.org and look for the Service Request link. This is the preferred method since all requests that go through the GVC are discussed at the monthly Traffic and Arroyos Maintenance Committee meeting with Pima County Transportation and Flood Control.

2️⃣ Second method is to go to the Pima County website and under Transportation, you can request a service request/report a problem.
