Pancho's would like to congratulate our Tequila Doctorate candidate awarded his diploma by our Tequila Board of Regents at its recent Tequila Pairing Dinner. Our recipient was overcome with emotion as fellow participants gave him a standing ovation. The Board has decided to forward his Dissertation titled "Why Consumers Should Drink Margaritas for a Healthy Life" to Norma Oficial Mexicana (NOM) for even more official recognition.

It's not only Thirsty Thursday but a new dawn in Pancho's margaritas offerings for the most special day of the week. You can now enjoy specially priced 'on-the-rocks' silver margaritas for just $3.99 a glass or $15 for a carafe every Thirsty Thursday. While you're here check out our new beverage menu and offerings. It includes numerous quality 100% blue agave tequilas. If you have a favorite tequila, you can now also custom build your margarita. Our service staff will be happy to help you through the process of selecting your favorite tequila and a great orange liqueur.

Pancho's patio will be hopping all weekend with Jeff King performing 5-8 PM on Saturday. Sunday entertainment starts at 10 AM with Russel's Sound Lab playing your favorite tunes with a mix of Blues Brothers Gospel. Friq & Fraq will make their annual appearance and play from 4-8 PM. Come, drink, eat, party and enjoy!!

Join us all weekend (May 3-5) to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. We've got entertainment on Saturday and Sunday, special food and beverage features and games and prizes with Friq & Fraq on Sunday. Don't forget the festivities start bright and early on Sunday with Kegs & Huevos and tunes spun by Russell Sound Lab. I hear that the Blues Brothers may be presenting some gospel blues for your Sunday morning entertainment.

Cinco de Mayo falls on Sunday this year and, taking a clue from our Irish friends, we're starting the day with Kegs & Huevos at 9:00 AM. Chef Mario will be grilling your favorite Tex-Mex breakfast specialties on the patio and entertainment will start at 10 AM.
