Jody Duarte is the House Manager at Frontida Clifden Court in Greenfield, who has been working her way up starting as an overnight caregiver and then moving into a lead role and is now a House Manager.

Recently, Jody received glowing reviews from different families which showed why Jody has received the promotions she has.

One family told Dennis that they noticed the high level of engagement Jody has with the residents and families—taking the time to listen, chat or do an activity. But they were extremely impressed that this level of engagement did not stop her from being timely in addressing any needs or concerns they and their loved one had. They said that Jody was great at juggling all of the different tasks and needs—truly demonstrating Frontida’s Work Hard value.

Another family told Jamie that they noticed Jody coming in to cover for a 2nd shift employee. Following the rules to make sure the building was properly staffed, Jody was there immediately and got the staff on track for the rest of the night. This quick response was appreciated by the family who went on to say that Jody “does a lot of good” for the community.

We love it when we hear these kind of stories from families. We know our team is amazing and it is great to know that residents and families recognize that as well.

🌟Meet Kelly!🌟
Kelly is the new dining director at Frontida Clifden Court and has been going above and beyond to ensure that the Frontida philosophy of Conviviality with regards to Dining is fully realized. 🍽️🥂

Upon starting in the position, Kelly took it upon herself to speak with every resident and survey them about their satisfaction with the dining at Clifden. Kelly received lots of different feedback and has been working diligently to incorporate some of the requests and changes into the Clifden dining experience. These updates have provided more residents with the feeling of conviviality feeling happy and welcome while dining with good company.

Another example is this past weekend when Kelly and her team went the extra mile to make Mother’s Day special for all the residents, especially the mothers. The dining team created a Pancake Bar for Mother’s Day that included toppings such as strawberries, whipped cream, etc., to celebrate the day in fun and delicious way. 🥞
