They have graduated with their Masters degree in Sports Management, worked as GA Assistant Coaches for Tusculum Women’s basketball & completed their internship as Assistant Coaches, all while working at SubZero for the past year.
This entire time, they never complained, always asked what they could do to help me and loved every single one of our guests. For that, I am forever grateful!
Joyce, I will miss our air hugs and your enormous, caring heart that you shared with everyone. Taya I will miss your bouts of excitement and clapping your hands with that big smile. We will miss you both!

Parkinson’s class is free and open to Y members and non-members every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:15 - noon. Led by Nancy Southerland, we use various fitness methods that aim to slow disease progression, alleviate symptoms and possibly reduce medication.
