it’s the end of the first week of 2023 I loved seeing people sharing words this week that they are picking for the year. I love this idea and I think everyone should pick a work & share 🖤

last year my daily word was forward. I told myself that everyday & I still think it’s important to let go of things and keep moving forward. what’s for us is in front of us.

my word of the year 2023 is PAUSE. we only have a short amount of time on this planet and we need to move more travel more spend more time doing what we love with who we love. my ultimate goal is work | life | balance && to enjoy the smallest of things.
