To our Friends, Neighbors, Customers and Clients,

Many of us are developing a new appreciation for our home and all its four walls hold. Whether your home is now serving as a school, office, playground, or simply a safe space, a home has never been more important. And at Shorewest we get that, as Wisconsin has been our own home since 1946.

This is the time to remember what is truly important — health, family, home, and the bonds that tie us together. The Shorewest Family comprised of realtors, loan officers, and our support team have always taken great pride in doing the right thing and supporting the communities where we live and work. Our team donated over $200,000 in 2019 to serve others and we could not be more proud of them. We are your neighbors, friends, coaches, and volunteers, and we continue our commitment to the communities we serve. We are currently supporting a number of food pantries and collecting items for medical personnel on the front lines as well as local organizations. Giving back to the community and providing for those in need is a commitment we truly enjoy fulfilling.

This moment in our states history underscores the foundation upon which our company was built 74 plus years ago. Our team has stood shoulder to shoulder with our neighbors through some of our hometown’s most challenging events --- forming our company in the days after WWII and surviving several wars and conflicts, numerous recessions, and 9/11 — and each time, we were there to see this great state emerge tougher and more resilient than before.

Navigating this time of uncertainty can feel daunting, but we have never been more confident in the future — of our team and those we serve, of our family-owned business, and of the communities we call home. We know from experience that, together, we can get through anything.

Though it’s hardly business as usual the teams at Shorewest Realtors, Heritage Title Services, Wisconsin Mortgage and MyDwelling are here to help guide homebuyers, renters and sellers through this extraordinary time with a calm and steady hand. The dream of homeownership has withstood the test of time, and will continue to do so.

Wisconsin, we are by your side — no matter what, together we will make a difference.
